Program Description
Story Changers is an 8 month program where Urban Story Family sign up to speak life to their community. During that time they learn what it means to speak life, serve their community, and much more. Every Saturday volunteer leaders are dispatched into the neighborhoods we serve gathering Urban Story Family for food, evangelism, a lesson and community prayer.
oUR oBJECTIVES
1. To create Urban Story Family who speak life over themselves and their community.
2. To recruit potential Kingdom Builders for discipleship and mentorship.
3. To see Urban Story Family receive Christ for the first time.
4. To add new people to our Urban Story Family by remembering their names.
5. To put Christians in position to be moved by God and become spiritual Fathers and Mothers for Urban Story Family.

If Urban Story Family begin to speak life they have the power to bring life to the neighborhood.
James 3:2
“Indeed, we all make many mistakes. For if we could control our tongues, we would be perfect and could also control ourselves in every other way.”
If Urban Story Family learn how to control how they talk they can do anything.
James 3:4
“And a small rudder makes a huge ship turn wherever the pilot chooses to go, even though the winds are strong.
If Urban Story Family learn how to speak life they can steer their lives towards positive outcomes.
acts 2:17, 1 Corinthians 14:3
“In the last days,’ God says, ‘I will pour out my Spirit upon all people. Your sons and daughters will prophesy. Your young men will see visions, and your old men will dream dreams.”
“But the one who prophesies speaks to people for their strengthening, encouragement and comfort.
When Urban Story Family speak life they fulfill New Testament prophecy.

When we sow God’s Word into Urban Story Family they in turn speak life out of the abundance of their heart.
